Prior Convictions
If you are serving an enhanced sentence or an Illegal alien facing deportation, based upon a prior conviction, you can get your sentence reduced and/or deportation order cancelled by attacking your prior conviction in State Court.

This news letter is about reducing the length of sentence you are now serving or will serve in the future, by attacking your prior conviction in State Court. If you are facing deportation or ordered removed from this country, as a result of a prior conviction, you can get the deportation order cancelled by challenging the prior conviction used by INS in State Court.

Nearly every state in the United States has enacted a traditional habeas corpus type remedy for those seeking to challenge a criminal judgment or sentence. Therefore, it is possible to successfully challenge a prior conviction, even many years after the sentence has expired. We have developed arguments strategically designed to win and we have been very successful in getting prior convictions vacated in all state courts. If you are successful in getting your prior conviction vacated in State Court, you can then move the federal court, which sentenced you, to reduce your sentence or cancel the prior deportation removal order.

We have formulated a strategy and fee plan to make our services available to the greatest amount of prisoners interested in seeking to challenge their prior convictions and deportation orders. Our fee for a State Habeas corpus or related motion is $3,200.00 per conviction. However, if you retain us to attack more than one conviction, we will charge an additional $2,000.00 per conviction. For those of you who desire to challenge a prior conviction and remain in this country, we will prepare both a State Habeas Corpus motion for you and a motion to hold the deportation proceedings in abeyance pending the resolution of State proceedings for a flat fee of $6,500.00.
