28 U.S.C. §2255 Relief For Federal Prisoners

Our base fee to prepare a 28 U.S.C. § 2225 petition (“twenty two fifty five”), is $6,500.00, for up to three (3) days of trial (or guilty plea), and $250.00 per day of trial, after three days, depending on the complexity of the trial and the volume of discovery material that we must comb through, which takes a tremendous amount of time and effort. We will leave no stone unturned in our fight for your freedom. While no one can guarantee success, we can guarantee that our staff will use its best efforts to fight for your freedom and will give any of your ideas a review for merit.

In order for us to prepare a motion for you, we will need the following documents, if
you have them:
1. A copy of the indictment or information
2. A copy of the criminal complaint
3. A copy of the plea agreement ( if you plead guilty )
4. A copy of the guilty plea and sentencing transcripts
5. A copy of complete trial record, including all discovery material
6. A copy of any and all motions filed
7. Your version of any and all relevant facts outside the court record (things that
your lawyer said, etc)
8. Your questions or concerns
